Terms and Conditions

Gun Sales:
1. I am over 21 years of age for handguns and over 18 years of age for long guns.
2. I am not prohibited by any law from owning or possessing any type of firearm. We will not ship firearms to locations with legal restrictions on their ownership or possession.
3. Used guns have a 3-day inspection period from the time the gun is delivered to the transfer agent by the carrier. If the gun is not the one you ordered do not accept the transfer! Inform us and we will have it shipped back at our cost.
4. New guns are NOT RETURNABLE if transfer has been completed. Inspect your gun thoroughly before filling out your forms. If the gun is not the correct one ordered, do not accept the transfer and contact us. We will pay for the return and the shipping of the correct item. No refunds.(New guns are factory-new when shipped and liability issues prevent us from taking them back for credit once transfer has occured from final transfer dealer.)
Internet prices are NOT available at our storefront. Prices on website are for internet orders ONLY.

Knife and Bayonet Sales:
1. I am over 21.
2. I am not prohibited by any law from owning or possessing knives or bayonets. We will not ship these products to locations with legal restrictions on their ownership or possession.

Police Gear Sales:
1. I am over 21.
2. I am not prohibited by any law from owning or possessing of pepper spray or stun guns. We will not ship these products to locations with legal restrictions on their ownership or possession.

Hi-Capacity Magazine Sales:
1. I am over 21.
2. I am not prohibited by any law from owning or possessing high-capacity magazines. We will not ship these products to locations with legal restrictions on their ownership or possession.
3. High-capacity magazines cannot be sent to California, Maryland, Hawaii, Massachusetts or New Jersey.

Return Policies:
1. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless order was filled incorrectly by AJC.
2. All returns must have return authorization number (referred to as the RA number) issued by AJC and clearly written on the outside of the box or it will be refused. Please call or e-mail AJC for RA number.
3. All returns must be returned to AJC Sports storefront location, NOT fullfillment warehouse.

Shipping:
1. Long guns are shipped UPS ground unless other arrangements are made.
2. Handguns are normally shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail Insured unless other arrangements are made. UPS or FedEx will be higher shipping rates.
3. All shipping rates are calculated for lower 48 US states. Alaska and Hawaii must contact store for shipping charges.
4. Most orders are filled from our fullfillment warehouse, although sometimes we ship product from our storefront location. Therefore it is possible that your order may arrive in multiple boxes from multiple locations on different days.

Layaway Policy:
1. 90 days with 30% down. No exceptions unless otherwise stated.
2. If layaway is not redeemed, according to this policy all payments will be forfeited, this is due to the high number of dead layaways and outlandish stories.
