AJC Sports Inc will transfer all firearms purchased only to a valid FFL holder. You may find a local FFL holder at a gun shop, pawn store, ect. AJC will not ship directly to an individual.
1. It is the responsibility of the individual purchasing the gun to find an FFL dealer in their area.
2. There will usually be a transfer fee charge by the FFL dealer. It is your responsiblity to find out this fee which is to be paid to your local FFL holder and not AJC Sports Inc.
3. The transfer process goes faster if you already have an FFL dealer ready to fax their license
4. Once we have received the FFL and have sent one of our own, your gun will then be shipped. The delivery time is 3-5 days and the gun will go out the same day as FFL is received as long as it is before 3:00 pm.
The purchaser is responsible for AJC Sports Inc receiving the proper information for the transfer to occur. This includes the FFL dealer's license. You will need to relay the following information for your local dealer to send their information.
